The UK is unable to require by law that imports of GM soya and maize should be segregated from non GM supplies as to do so would contravene international trading rules. Most of our ingredients are bought locally, but, as some food produce used within the restaurant is imported, and we are unable to confirm the ingredients used at source, we are required by law to state that, "some of our foods may contain ingredients produced from genetically modified soya and/or maize."

It is our belief that the food and food ingredients used within the restaurant do not contain any genetically modified ingredient. If you require further information, please ask a member of staff.
