Stir Fried Duck with Pineapple - This recipe serves 4 people
Description: A succulent dish combing two distinct flavours, it also makes a stunning centre piece when served in half a pineapple shell.
Instructions:
Slice duck breasts thinly.
Slice pineapple.
Dice both sweet peppers small.
Chop onions and crush garlic.
Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok adding the duck breasts, garlic, pineapple and sweet peppers, stir for 2 minutes.
Then add the rice wine with all the remaining ingredients except the cornflower. Mix the cornflower with water and add.
Stir until thickened.
Serve hot with Rice.
  Ingredients:   ½ Green Sweet Pepper 2 Tsp Sugar
  2 Duck Breasts Roasted   2 Spring Onions ½ Tsp Ground White Pepper
  1 Can of Pineapple   1 Tsp Garlic 1 Tsp Rice Wine or Sherry
  ½ Red Sweet Pepper   1 Tsp Light Soy Sauce  
  1 Tsp Cornflower 2 Tsp Cooking Oil   1 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce
