Fried Chicken with Pineapple - This recipe serves

Instructions:

|
Slice
chicken breasts thinly. |
|
|
Slice
pineapple. |
|
|
Dice
both sweet peppers small. |
|
|
Chop
onions and crush garlic. |
|
|
Heat
the oil in a frying pan or wok adding the chicken breasts, garlic,
pineapple and sweet peppers, stir for 2 minutes. |
|
|
Then
add the rice wine with all the remaining ingredients except
the cornflower. Mix the cornflower with water and add. |
|
|
Stir
until thickened. |
|
|
Serve
hot with Rice. |
